Remortgage
A remortgage is the process of changing mortgage lender on the same property. The most common reasons for doing a remortgage are to obtain a more competitive or suitable mortgage deal (usually when your existing deal ends) or to increase borrowing (e.g. for home improvements, debt consolidation, or for other reasons).
Many lenders are offering remortgage deals where they cover the cost of the valuation and legal work, so along with our advice and assistance throughout, the whole process is made as seemless as possible for you.
As you'd expect, we would only recommend you remortgage where it is in your best interests, and we offer to keep all clients' mortgages under regularly review as standard.
